It’s been a long time since the last time I blogged. Lots of things have happened since, right?
First of all, I visited Hamburg. And fell in love with it (I hope that I’ll be able to share some photos and tips from my trip very very soon).
Then I flew back to Greece, where I spent about three weeks trying to get as tan as possible and enjoying the precious time with my family and friends.
Moreover, I somehow managed to finish my BA! (It was mostly hard and intentional work. Lots of stress and even more moral support from my wonderful parents and friends.) Yep, I am a Bachelorette now – not the ABC series kind, but you get the picture.
And now? What’s next, you might ask.
Right now I’m sitting in my teeny dorm room in Manchester, UK, laptop propped on my lap, double-decker buses running outside my window, the sun shining just enough to fool you it’s actually warm outside.
Wait, what am I doing here?
Well, like a proper flâneur I couldn’t miss the opportunity of a new adventure abroad, so I decided to come here to continue my studies. Translation and Interpreting Studies MA, here I come!
Like, literally, I’ve already spent two weeks in Manchester, figuring out the university life here and exploring the city. But more about it in my next post.
A new city, a new university and a new domain! How awesome is that? 🙂
